Die template won't cut

The die design, weight of media and pressure provided by the machine effect the ability of a die template to cut. The die should be moved within the sandwich if the cut is incomplete after the first feed, this will take advantage of higher pressure provided by your machine. It should take no more than 2 or 3 feeds to complete the cut with movement between the feeds. The weight of the media may also need to be adjusted or a light shim under the spot that is not cut. Using wax paper between the die template and media will help with the release after the cut is complete. The Junior Metal Shim is a tool that can help cutting detailed dies in the Grand Calibur, please visit our website for details. If you continue to experience trouble click Customer Support
